Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

• Smoke2ez accepts returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery. 
• We do not accept used Product returns under any circumstances.
• We will replace the broken item if you receive broken, incorrect or mislabeled product. Please file a claim with our support team within 4 days of delivery using email smoke2ez12@gmail.com.

Refund Policy: If we determine if the product was broken during shipping process we will replace with same or similar product with equal value of the item broken. 

If you do not want replacement, we will refund back the money back to your original credit card used for purchase.
